The restaurant
The chef de cuisine Gerhard Friedlein spoils you with light regional food from the Tauber valley and fancy international dishes according to the season. Gerhard Friedlein uses only selected ingredients, fitting well with herbs from a home garden. Exquisite wines from the region are being offered from Rummler’s wine cellar.
A wonderful beer garden with old trees, as you will only rarely find them in the whole Tauber valley, belongs to our house, too. Of course we offer a special children’s menu for or our little guests.
